General Terms & Conditions that Apply to All Reservations & Quotes:

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Point-to-point service in our vehicles may be available on weekend evenings at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for service delays due to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, and accidents.

• If the driver feels threatened or detects potential danger to oneself or other passengers in the vehicle, they may cancel the ride without a refund.

• We are not responsible for any valuables left in any of our vehicles, all items brought into the vehicle are the responsibility of their rightful owners and are brought at their own discretion.

• We strictly enforce governmental regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol.

• Zero tolerance policy involving the consumption of alcohol under the legal drinking age of 21. Use of illegal drugs will also result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

• There is no smoking of any kind in any of our vehicles.

• We are not responsible for any injuries incurred as a result of physical altercations between passengers.

• We are not responsible for any injuries due to intoxication.

• Driver(s) cannot exceed the maximum capacity of passengers in vehicles, this violates state law and is strictly against our insurance guidelines.

• During holidays, celebrations, and observances, there may be a surcharge in service fees so that we may create an incentive for our driver(s) to be available during these times.
